This session prioritizes safety, grounding, and relief — not problem-solving or pushing change. We move at your nervous system’s pace, focusing on what will help you feel more supported right now. This session can stand alone or be used as a starting point for longer-term support. This session may be supportive if you: • Feel overwhelmed, frozen, or depleted • Are in burnout or approaching it • Need immediate nervous system support • Want clarity without pressure Includes: • 90-minute private session • Nervous-system-first support • Gentle reflection and integration • Optional next-step recommendations ✨ No commitment required. Calmly Capable provides nervous-system-first coaching and education.
