Do I need to complete the course in order?
No. There is no required order, timeline, or completion expectation. You are encouraged to engage in whatever way feels most supportive.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have lifetime access to purchased courses and resources unless otherwise stated.
Is this therapy?
No. Calmly Capable offers coaching and education, not therapy. Many people find the work supportive, but it is not a replacement for professional mental health care.
Is this course only for autistic people or ADHDers?
No. Calmly Capable supports neurodivergent people broadly, including those who identify as autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent — diagnosed or self-identified.
What if I don’t have the energy to engage fully?
That’s expected. These resources are designed for return, not completion. Even brief or intermittent engagement is valid.
Are the parent resources only for parents of diagnosed children?
No. Diagnosis is not required. These resources are for parents and caregivers navigating neurodivergence in real life.
Can I share the materials with my partner or school?
Materials are licensed for individual use. Some IEP resources may be shared in advocacy contexts, but redistribution or resale is not permitted.

That does not mean you are doing it wrong. Nervous systems are individual, and not every approach fits every person. You are encouraged to take what helps and leave the rest.
