Service Description

A Calmly Capable™ 1:1 coaching container Burnout doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means your nervous system has been working without enough support. The 8-Week Burnout & Capacity Support container is designed for neurodivergent adults and parents who feel stuck in survival mode — exhausted, overwhelmed, and unable to access the tools that once helped. This is not a program about pushing through, fixing yourself, or “getting back on track.” It is steady, nervous-system-first support focused on stabilization, safety, and realistic relief.
