Service Description

The 16-Week Deep Support & Integration container is designed for neurodivergent clients experiencing chronic burnout, long-term nervous system stress, or layered life demands. This is the most spacious and relational support offering, created for nervous systems that need time, consistency, and safety — not urgency or goals. Over sixteen weeks, we focus on building nervous system trust through steady, predictable support. There is no expectation of constant engagement, progress, or output. Some weeks may feel quiet. Others may feel more active. All of it counts. This container is especially supportive if you’ve been in survival mode for a long time or if shorter-term support hasn’t felt sufficient. Our work may include: • long-term burnout recovery • deep demand reduction • rebuilding interoceptive awareness • identity repair after chronic stress • sensory and environmental support • integration at a pace your body can tolerate This container allows your nervous system to experience support without an end date looming. You are not behind. You are allowed to need longer-term care.
