12-Week Nervous-System-First Coaching
Deeper support, at the pace of safety.
Service Description
The 12-Week Nervous-System-First Coaching container offers spacious, steady support for neurodivergent adults and parents who need more than short-term relief. This container is designed for those who are moving out of burnout, navigating layered demands, or ready to integrate nervous-system support into daily life — without urgency or pressure to “improve.” Over twelve weeks, we work collaboratively to support regulation, capacity, and self-trust across real contexts such as work, parenting, relationships, and rest. The focus is not transformation or productivity, but stability, integration, and sustainability. Sessions adapt to your capacity. Some weeks may focus on regulation and grounding, others on reflection or gentle planning. Low-energy weeks are expected and respected. This container allows time for: • nervous system stabilization • interoceptive awareness and signal noticing • reducing chronic demand • building a personal regulation menu • repair after dysregulation • integrating support without overwhelm You do not need to arrive regulated, prepared, or clear.Support meets you where you are — and moves at the speed of safety.
